Om den menneskelighed der ikke kan sikres af organisationen
Engelsk abstract: True humanity or true personal health, I argue in this paper, is something that can not be managed or ensured by an organisation, but is rather a matter of how the individual person wills and takes on the responsibility for living her life. Through a reading of Søren Kierkegaard’s protestant philosophy of personhood, I try to show what is contained in this contention – and why I consider it meaningful. Also, I discuss how we might think about ‘doing good’ for people in organisations if what is truly human is not something that the organisation can really manage or ensure. It is my view that reflecting clearly on these matters can help improve both business and the human dimensions of organisational life.
