Discourses and trends on management and leadership and the way of learning and developing the very same take many forms and are entangled in many ways. In the contexts surrounding the pilgrimage the predicate of Psy-leadership seems appropriate. Inspired by Nicholas Rose (1990) idea of the Psy-Sciences, the term Psy-Leadership point to managerial technologies and the learning of the very same supposed to affect and strategically correct the souls, minds and emotions of employees and managers. Psy-leadership can be described as a strategic act upon others actions (Foucault 1991) informed by theories and practices from pedagogy and psychology (Staunæs, Juelskjær & Knudsen 2009 in press), and in the context of Y-Company on the Carmino, Psy-leadership draws especially on pedagogy and psychology recognized under headlines such as "appreciative", "positive", and "social" constructionist approaches. Whiteness is an intriguing part of the affective economy of Psy-leadership/management and the learning of the very same. My analytical questions are: How is what and who going to be transformed and how is what and who not going to be transformed? What are the effects on the fantasies of managers and leaderships? What are the effects on fantasies of Whites/Non-whites and Whiteness? What are the elements of subversions and of affirmation?
