Research projects dealing with historical anthropology and cultural analysis that goes across the curriculum, can result in innovation. Here are new paths for how research , education, theory and practice can be staged and performed in experiential processes where performance and sensuous practice is reconciled. Based on a sculpture of AugustRodin (1840-1917) The Burgers of Calais which is on display at the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek in Copenhagen, we will present how the educational activities as performativity can unfold and be reconciled with physically-based (gebildung) formation processes. Using various methodological grips, we prepare a didactic course reflected in an interpretational community where all the participants create awareness and new knowledge.
