Having organisational development as the overall headline the aim is to develop an understanding of how an organisation's strategy is reached through organisational sensemaking. And, furthermore, how the strategy is translated into routines. The sensemaking perspective focus will be on cognitive relations and processes within the organisation and how these are substantiated.
