Hvordan tale meningsfuldt om 'professionel' udvikling?
Professional or competency nomad ?How do you talk about ?professional? development in a sensible way? This article questions whether discourses on professions and/or professional development are able to capture the essential features of change that occupations like teachers and nurses are currently undergoing. It is suggested that employing the rhizomatic concept of competency nomads may offer insights that could be useful in understanding and developing current occupational challenges among these groups. The article is inspired by Gilles Deleuze, Michel Foucault, and Stephen J. Ball among others.
